Moon Theory
There is a lot of information about the moon in textbooks, scientific and non-scientific publications. But there are so many dubious ones among them that one can't help but think of some terrible secret connected with the Moon. Analyzing the features of the manifestation of lunar phenomena for their compliance with scientific interpretations, one comes to the conclusion that the conspiracy theory is this is quite a sound theory. First, let's show the fallacy of the official opinion that the Moon rotates on its axis, although it always turns one side towards us. The debate about whether or not the Moon rotates on its axis has been going on for centuries. Some smart people have spent years trying to prove their point of view. Jules Verne was involved in this debate, and he knew the arguments of both the proponents and the opponents. He included a passage on this topic in his novel "From the Moon with a Cannon." He also describes the technique of imposing the "fact" of the Moon's rotation on naive Yankees (not as proof, but as an imposition), who are inexperienced in the art of fraudulent rhetoric.
