Innovativi effectus in musica Igoris Strawinskij
Stravinsky – orchestrator: sound worlds of \"Peter and the Wolf\" and \"The Rite of Spring\" Igor Stravinsky entered the history of music not only as a melody composer and rhythmic innovator but also as one of the greatest orchestrators of the XX century. Contrabassoon – the lowest of the woodwinds, created a powerful bass foundation for \"heavy\" episodes. Trumpet (2) – an instrument with a softer and more mellow timbre than the trombone, used for creating \"fairground\" fanfares. Piccolo trumpet – a small trumpet with a high, piercing sound, enhanced the grotesque effect. Cymbals – a keyboard instrument with a delicate, \"tingling\" sound, ... Read more
